The family of Joy-Anna Duggar's new man Austin Forsyth has welcomed her with open arms, but could her brother's sex scandals end their courtship before it even starts? RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal Austin's family is in the dark about Josh's sick past.

Austin's great-great-grandmother Dorette told RadarOnline.com of the courtship, "I'm proud for him. I think it's wonderful."

But when asked about Josh's molestation scandal and affair on wife Anna, she responded, "I don't know anything!"

Although Austin's grandfather hasn't been introduced to Joy-Anna yet, he told RadarOnline.com that he finds the courtship "great" and hopes a marriage is in the future.

But he too was unaware of the Duggar family's deception.

"I don't know anything about any of that," he said regarding the scandals.

As RadarOnline.com readers know, sisters Jill Dillard and Jessa Seewald came forward as two of the six victims Josh molested as a teen.

In August 2015, the 19 Kids and Counting star confessed to cheating on his wife, who he is still married to, when his Ashley Madison account was leaked. He also admitted to having an addiction to porn before entering rehab for his issues.

Joy-Anna and Austin's courtship was announced earlier this week in a video on the family's website.

"Hey y'all! I'm Joy Duggar and this is Austin," the 19-year-old said, as Austin responded, "I just asked her to enter a courtship with me!"
