The 19 Kids & Counting family all gathered at the Cathedral of the Ozarks at John Brown University in Siloam Springs in Arkansas for the ceremony that had a count of 1,000 friends and family.
The brand-new married duo got engaged earlier this year in June, only one month after they began dating.
Despite Jim Bob and Michelle getting their family's show ripped out from underneath them last year, they still made a video at the wedding for their remaining fans.
It was a surprise to see their troubled 28-year-old son Josh at the ceremony following his rehab stint for sex addiction.
Anna's husband and father of three were spotted standing behind the wedding car as a film crew stood front and center filming for Jill and Jessa Duggar's spinoff series, Counting On.
Rumors have been flying that Anna is still struggling to trust and get intimate with Josh again after admitting he had cheated on her with women he met over an extramarital affair website called Ashley Madison.
Even worse, it was discovered last year that when Josh was 14, he had molested five underage girls — four of them being his sisters.
