Fredrik Eklund may close millions on real estate deals now, but he couldn't afford his own apartment before making it big on Bravo!
Eklund, 39, was served with eviction papers in January 2006 after he fell behind two months on his rent, RadarOnline.com has learned!
His rent was $2,575 a month at the time, and his landlord sued for $5,303.50 in back payment and legal fees. A warrant for eviction was put out a month later.
A judgment was ruled in the landlord's favor in March of that year, and the case was dismissed in August 2007 after Eklund paid it off.
The Swedish star has since found fame on Million Dollar Listing and wrote a book on "the secrets of selling anything to anyone."
Most recently, he sold Bethenny Frankel's pricey house of horrors in just one day.
The BFFs have been spotted looking at Manhattan-based properties together as well.
