'Top Chef' Contestant Annie Pettry's Past Boozy Arrest Exposed!
Dec. 8 2016, Updated 10:18 a.m. ET
Annie Pettry may be able to drink away her Top Chef competition!
The chef, 37, was arrested for possession of a malt beverage or unfortified wine before she was 19 or 20 years old, RadarOnline.com has learned!
She was arrested on December 20, 1997, and was served with the citation on the same day. Pettry was fined $10 and paid $80 in costs for the case.
Her case has since been disposed, and a Buncombe county clerk confirmed to RadarOnline.com that the records have been destroyed.
She was later arrested in 2015 for speeding; that case has also been disposed.
Pettry now owns her own restaurant Decca in Louisville, Ky. — where she's sure to serve up some booze.
