Shocking Secrets Revealed About Kim Kardashian's Birthday Night
Oct. 23 2016, Updated 4:35 p.m. ET
Kim Kardashian is not only hiding after her terrifying robbery in Paris, she's also considering pulling out of the spotlight completely!
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who turned 36 on Oct. 21, was reportedly agonizing over the idea of leaving her mansion on Friday night to celebrate. "Kim really wants to go out tonight to celebrate, but she is struggling," a source reportedly told an outlet, adding that Kanye wants her to get out of the house sooner than later.
But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Kardashian did have very specific rules set in place for her family this year. "Kim told Kanye she was done with jewelry and didn't want anything that had a price tag on it for her birthday or for Christmas."
So that's how West came up with his idea to compile old footage of her life before her fame.
"The whole family was blown away and balling when they saw the montage because no one knew the footage still existed," an insider told RadarOnline.com. "Kanye had it pulled from late Roberts archived VHS and digitally remastered and edited."
According to the insider, only momager Kris Jenner and Kourtney Kardashian were in on the "priceless" gift, but no one else in the klan knew about the surprise.
"When Kim saw the video, she couldn't stop crying because it made her remember how genuinely happy she was before her fame and how much she loved her dad and her life."
As RadarOnline.com reported, West has been begging Kardashian to quit the famous family's show for a long time — mainly because it was putting strain on their marriage and exposing too much of their privacy — and now it appears West has finally won the battle.
"Kim said she wants to be the girl her dad wanted her to be and is done being who Kris wanted her to be," the source said. "Kanye scored big on this one and paid nothing."
