James Harris' hands have been in more than just real estate, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned!
Harris, 32, was arrested on or about October 11, 2007 in Los Angeles County for the transportation, importation, sale or gift of marijuana charges, according to court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com.
The British real estate agent posted his $30,000 bail two days later, and was arraigned in court on April 16, 2008.
He pleaded not guilty, and a preliminary hearing was set. He was allowed to leave the county, but had to surrender his green card and passport.
But he refused to appear at his next court date, and a bench warrant was issued for his arrest.
He was sentenced on July 31, 2008 to either serve two days in jail or pay a fine of $60. He was also responsible for paying $120 in court fees, and was placed on probation for a year.
