'It's Not A Victory!' Bobbi Kristina Family Slams Ruling In Nick Gordon Suit

Nick Gordon is responsible for the 2015 death of Bobbi Kristina Brown, an Atlanta judge ruled today. But according to a Brown family insider, the news has not been met with celebrations among her surviving relatives.
"The family is so divided about the outcome," a Brown family insider told RadarOnline.com.
"It's not really a victory, because it doesn't prove anything criminally."
As RadarOnline.com reported, the judge in the wrongful death lawsuit filed by Brown's estate issued a summary judgment in their favor on September 16. As part of the ruling, Gordon will have to pay the estate's attorneys fees, and a jury trial will be scheduled to determine how much he will have to pay in damages. Brown's estate had asked for upwards of $50 million.
The relative doubts, however, that they'll ever see a penny of it.
"Nick doesn't have any money!" the source claimed.
But justice still could be served in criminal court. RadarOnline.com reported in fall 2015 that insiders said a "secret grand jury" has been probing Gordon's role in Brown's death.
"Some have always thought this civil lawsuit was the first step before criminal charges are filed, and are just waiting for that to happen," the Brown relative explained. "But if criminal charges really are filed, some would be surprised. It's over."
