Take that, Brangelina! Jennifer Aniston is getting the ultimate revenge on her ex and the woman he left her for, with plenty of public support from friends and family.
While promoting his new film The Girl on the Train, Aniston's husband Justin Theroux bragged about their happy marriage — an ironic action to take just days after Brad and Angelina announced their split.
"We appreciate each other's sense of humor, we respect one another and we get along," the 45-year-old told Entertainment Tonight of what makes his marriage work. "I know it sounds simple but it's true!"
As RadarOnline.com readers know, Theroux and Aniston became engaged in 2012 after 18 months of dating. In August 2015, the stars tied the knot in a super secret ceremony at their Los Angeles home.
Meanwhile, Pitt and Jolie shocked the world when they announced their split last week, with Jolie seeking sole custody of their six children.
According to Us Weekly, an incident on the couple's private plane fueled the divorce decision, as 52-year-old Pitt was reportedly taped "looking drunk” and "yelling” in front of the kids on September 14.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the altercation began between Pitt and Jolie, 41, until son Maddox reportedly stepped in.
"He was never physically abusive to her or the kids. He did yell at one of their children on the plane during an argument, but he didn't hit the child. Brad is denying claims of inappropriate behavior,” a source close to the actor told Page Six, claiming that Jolie was simply attempting to smear Pitt's reputation.

Now, Brad has hired Charlie Sheen's lawyer Lance Spiegel to assist him in the divorce battle, reports E! News. Sources say the actor is also consulting with a new crisis PR team for damage control.
A statement from the FBI read: "In response to your inquiry regarding allegations within the special aircraft jurisdiction of the United States; specifically, an aircraft carrying Mr. Brad Pitt and his children, the FBI is continuing to gather facts and will evaluate whether an investigation at the federal level will be pursued.”
