Leaving For Good? Kroy Biermann Abandons Kim & Kids After Zolciak's Health Crisis

Kim Zolciak has become a single mother of six, RadarOnline.com has learned.
The Don't Be Tardy star, 38, revealed that Kroy Biermann, 30, has left her and their family, moving almost 900 miles away to Buffalo, N.Y.
"This has been one of the hardest days ever for me," she shared on Instagram, alongside a tear-jerking picture of her husband and kids. "Kash turning 4 and starting Pre-K, KJ starting kindergarten and my best friend, my everything left this morning to play for @buffalobills."
Biermann is excited about the separation, and shared his own statement on Twitter.

Biermann was previously the Atlanta Falcons' linebacker for eight seasons, starting in 2008.
He met Zolciak in Atlanta in 2010, and they tied the knot on November 11, 2011 in a TV wedding special.
They have four kids together, KJ, almost 5, Kash, 4, and 2-year-old twins Kaia and Kane. Biermann legally adopted Kim's children from previous relationships, Brielle, 19, and Ariana, 14, in 2013.
He stuck by her side after her "mini stroke," but is ready to put his career before his family and signed a one-year deal with the Bills.
