Amber Heard was over an hour late for her deposition against Johnny Depp, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Heard, 30, was scheduled to arrive at 10 a.m. to have her statement taken, but arrived at 11:30 a.m. instead. Her lawyer, Samantha Spector, appeared 15 minutes late for their call time.
Depp, 53, and his lawyers could have pressed for a contempt citation if she failed to appear, as she has put off the deposition before.
The deposition is taking place at Depp’s lawyer, Laura Wasser’s office. It is slated to take all day.
Reports claimed that the former couple tried to come up with a settlement in regards to their divorce/domestic abuse case last night, but were unsuccessful.
Heard was most recently spotted partying with billionaire Elon Musk, 45, while Depp was most recently spotted touring with his band.
Heard filed for divorce from the Pirates of the Caribbean actor in May after 15 months of marraige, citing irreconcilable differences. She also claimed the actor physically abused her on multiple occasions.
She was granted a temporary restraining order a week later; however, Depp denied abusing his then wife.
