Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna's spinoff show is still in production, but the expectant couple is already resorting to reality TV fakery, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
Over the weekend, the engaged pair was filmed house hunting in the family's native Calabasas, California, a show insider tells RadarOnline.com.
The sock designer, 29, and his 28-year-old bride-to-be toured a variety of luxe homes in the high-end community. However, they have no plans to move out of the $2.3 million home Kris Jenner bought him earlier this year, the insider insists.
"They were just filming the scenes for the show," the source explains. "They're not going anywhere."
The famous family's main E! series, Keeping Up With the Kardashians, is notorious for made-up plot lines and scripted scenes.
Just this season, Jezebel's Keeping Up Wth the Kontinuity Errors discovered that Rob's apology to his mom for nasty social media comments was filmed a full two months after the incident.
As RadarOnline.com first reported in May, Rob and Chyna made a $5 million spinoff deal through momager Kris.
"They both feel that having their own spin-off show under the direction of Kris Jenner is the best way for them to profit off of this entire situation," an insider explained.
