'RHONJ' Star Johnny 'The Greek' Karagiorgis Dead

According to reports, former Real Housewives Of New Jersey star, Johnny 'The Greek' Karagiorgis has died of a heart attack.
Johnny and his wife Penny owned a New Jersey hair salon, which was frequented by several members of the cast.
As RadarOnline.com reported back in 2013, Joe Gorga approached Johnny at cast friend Kim D's Posche 2 store opening regarding detrimental remarks that had allegedly been made about his wife Melissa. The result was a bloody brawl that led to a lawsuit filed by Johnny.

In 2015 Andy Cohen and NBC were also added as defendants in the suit, alleging that they had "prepared a plan by which cast members were going to verbally confront, physically assault, and/or unlawfully attack John Karagiorgis."
