Gwyneth Paltrow has been consciously coupled to rebound boyfriend Brad Falchuk for more than a year now and, according to a source close to the 43-year-old actress, she is ready to commit! But RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that Falchuk, 45, is not ready to put a ring on it just yet.
"Gwyneth is trying to pressure Brad into marrying her and her friends think she is sabotaging it," said a source close to the couple.
In October 2015, Paltrow and Falchuk were spotted shopping for engagement rings — nearly eighteen months after her March 2014 split from longtime ex-husband, Chris Martin, 38.
Paltrow insisted in April that she was "not rushing" her new relationship, but the source said, "It seems like she is trying to force an engagement and it is really starting to turn Brad off!"
"Her friends tell her to just go with the flow, but Gwyneth does not like being told no and she wants what she wants," the source continued.
Meanwhile, Paltrow's close relationship with Martin – the father to kids Apple, 12, and Moses, 10 – has been a source of tension for Falchuk from the beginning, as Radar reported.
And even after Paltrow and Martin's drawn-out divorce was finalized last month, the insider told Radar, "It obviously bothers Brad that Gwyneth and Chris are so close still, and there seems to be some jealousy issues that will never go away."
