Court continues to be adjourned for Abby Lee Miller! RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive documents revealing the Dance Moms star's fraud case has been delayed for a sixth time.

According to the papers, Miller, 49, filed a motion on May 31 for extension of time to file pretrial motions.

"Additional time is needed before undersigned counsel will be able to make informed decisions concerning the filing of pretrial motions," the documents read. "Ms. Miller respectfully requests that the Court extend the deadline for the filing of pretrial motions by 30 days."

The court granted Miller's extension request. She has until Thursday, June 30 to file her pretrial motions.

The ALDC owner was indicted on 20 counts of fraud in October. She has been charged with concealment of bankruptcy assets, false bankruptcy declarations and bankruptcy fraud.

Miller pled "not guilty" to the charges on November 2.

If convicted, Miller could face up to five years in prison and $5 million in fines.
