Dean McDermott proposed again to Tori Spelling during their recent romantic whirlwind 10th wedding anniversary trip to Paris, but RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned the vow renewal ceremony is going to be a very thrifty affair!

In fact, Spelling, who reportedly already celebrated one ceremony in France, where she was temporarily stranded with her family after getting diagnosed with bronchial pneumonia, is wasting no time planning the upcoming American version — and insiders reveal it's going to be the one of the most budget-friendly events in showbiz history.

"Tori and Dean don't have much money at all," one source told Radar.

Despite the couple's meager funds, Spelling, who turns 43 on May 16, is determined to make the festivities seem as over-the-top as possible.

"Of course she wants it to look like they've blown a fortune on it," noted the source.

"She'll be getting invitations from the web, the live music will be a very small three-piece band and she and the kids are planning to create their own original décor," explained the source.

As for the venue? "It will be at their home, but they do have wealthy friends offering to host it at their larger homes if they want," revealed the source of the ceremony that is tentatively slated to take place this fall, around the time of McDermott's 50th birthday in mid-November.

"This is Tori's chance to prove how thrifty she can actually be by having the cheapest wedding ever," said the insider.
