As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Spelling was originally admitted into an L.A. hospital over Valentine's Day weekend to get help for severe migraines.

While traveling Europe shortly after Easter, the 90210 actress’ bronchial pneumonia diagnosis was revealed. She even had to cancel the family’s flight back home.

According to insiders, she was short of breath, coughing and feverish as they traveled.
