JoJo Fletcher's future husband could be broke! RadarOnline.com has obtained exclusive court papers proving a contestant on The Bachelorette was evicted from his home after failing to pay rent.

In the court papers, landlord DeAndre Okonji accused tenant Brandon Howell of refusing to pay $1,266.24 in rent and late fees.

"The plaintiff has demanded possession of the premises from the defendant, who has refused to surrender it, and the plaintiff is entitled to immediate possession," the papers, filed on April 14, 2009 at The General Court of Justice District Court Division-Small Claims, read.

Howell, who was not present at the trial, was ordered to be "removed from and the plaintiff be put in possession of the premises described in the complaint."

The costs of the action were taxed to the plaintiff and the case was dismissed on May 1, 2009.

Howell isn't the first contestant on the upcoming season to have financial issues.

Suitor Evan Bass filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy in September 2011. Bass and his then-wife Marie owed $223,197.74 to creditors.

Fletcher's ex-boyfriend, Chad Rookstool, was desperate for cash when he was charged with theft in 2003 after he confessed to stealing $100 from his employer.

Do you think Fletcher should be concerned? Sound off in the comments!
