The brother of Mark Salling’s roommate exclusively told RadarOnline.com that friends and family are “surprised” and “kind of in shock” over recent allegations that the actor had child pornography in his possession.
“Everything was Mark’s,” Frank Hernandez, the brother of Salling’s roommate, Jonathan Hernandez, claimed to RadarOnline.com. “Everything was raided in Mark’s room and taken from there and had nothing to do with my brother.”
According to Frank, his brother and Salling are close friends and each has “their own private space” in separate living areas in their shared Sunland, Calif., home.
“Jonathan wasn’t there when it happened,” revealed Frank, who spoke with his sibling about the raid. “He’s surprised, but I think police interviewed him and asked him a lot of questions.”
As RadarOnline.com reported, Salling was thrown in jail after cops obtained an arrest warrant and conducted the raided of his home. The 33-year-old Glee star paid a $20,000 bail and was released from jail on Dec. 29.

According to Frank, police may have heard about the photos from Salling’s ex-girlfriend. “Apparently, it was a set up,”he alleged, adding his brother Jonathan “is cooperating with local police.”
According to Los Angeles Superior Court documents, model and deejay Roxanne Gorzela, 38, claimed Salling, then her boyfriend of six months, refused to wear a condom during sex despite her repeated demands during a March 2011 encounter that turned violent.
While Salling denied the claims, they settled the case with Salling paying her $2.7 million.
