He may be getting lucky with Miranda Lambert, 32, but Anderson East was not so lucky during their romantic trip to Aspen, Colo.

The musician, 27, reportedly took a tumble while skiing over the New Year holiday, breaking his collarbone. Luckily, Lambert was right there to help her new man.

"It was a nasty fall but Miranda was there and helped him heal, took him to get treated," a source told Us Weekly. "So it wasn't quite the fun holiday trip they wanted, but they were still happy to be together and he's really happy she was there nursing him by his side and making sure he was OK."

To prove her loyalty — and perhaps stick it to ex Blake Shelton a bit — Lambert posted a photo of the pair getting cozy on their trip.

"The snuggle is real…" she captioned the cuddly snap.

To be fair, the country crooner has been a class-act when it comes to her recent split, even giving her social media blessing to Shelton's new girlfriend Gwen Stefani. Lambert caused quite the ruckus when she started following the Voice judge's Twitter account on Christmas Eve.

But, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, her new man could spell trouble, as the "Satisfy Me" singer was previously arrested for reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia in 2007.

For now, Lambert has returned to Nashville after her happy and unexpected trip with East.

"He's been in a lot of pain but is going to rest and heal up now that they're back home," the insider also revealed to Us. "It was still great to be together, happy and in love over the holidays despite the accident, and they are looking forward to a good new year together."
