When Giada De Laurentiis and her TV producer boyfriend Shane Farley confirmed their relationship in November, they said they had only recently met. But can exclusively confirm that Farley was still very much still married when they embarked on their fling.

Farley's soon-to-be ex-wife, Jennifer Giamo, 44, was "devastated" when she heard they were dating, her attorney, Barry S. Guaglardi, told Radar. "She learned about the relationship through the tabloids. The divorce is still pending."

As Radar previously reported, Farley, 43, filed for divorce from his soon-to-be ex-wife Jennifer Giamo, 44, in April 2015, according to according to New York Civil Supreme documents obtained.

And although De Laurentiis claims to have fallen in love with the hotshot TV exec in August, Radar discovered that the pair had likely known each other since at least 2013.

Farley served as executive producer of Big Morning Buzz Live from 2012 until 2014. According to IMDB, De Laurentiis, 45 appeared on a November 19, 2013 episode of the now canceled VH1 show — meaning it's very possible they met on set.

In addition, he was a supervising producer for the Rachael Ray show in 2011, and De Laurentiis made at least one appearance on the show that year.

The TV chef's husband of 11 years, Todd Thompson, 52, filed for divorce on December 30, 2014, five months after De Laurentiis claims they first separated. The split was finalized in September 2015.
