Chris Rock's Ex Demands Money For Girl They're Accused Of Trafficking

Chris Rock's ex-wife is demanding that he pay some serious child support for the 7-year-old girl they are currently under investigation for child trafficking from South Africa.

As RadarOnline.com reported, the 50-year-old comedian and his now-estranged wife, Malaak Compton-Rock, 46, have been raising Ntombi-futhi Samantha as their daughter in New Jersey since bringing her to the United States in 2008 on a tourist visa.

South African and American officials recently began to look into whether or not the couple was involved in "child trafficking," since they didn't adopt her and she doesn't have the proper papers to be in the country.

In newly filed divorce papers filed, Compton-Rock's going after her ex to financially support their biological children, Lola, 13, and Zahra, 11, as well as Ntombi-futhi Samantha, who she said was like "a member of the family."

Rock has refused, claiming his only legal responsibility is to daughters Lola and Zahra.

Now Compton-Rock is denouncing the official overseas investigation as "false and outrageous."

"Malaak has never been contacted about an investigation of any sort," claimed her attorney, David Aronson.

Compton-Rock is also forging ahead with the process of legally adopt the child.

"While Malaak has made strides in the adoption, she understands that inter-country adoption is a long and rigorous process, with checks and balances in both countries essential for the protection of children," added Aronson.
