Kody Brown found his world crumbling around him when his wife Meri Brown was caught up in an online affair that turned into an ugly catfishing situation and he breaks down in tears talking about all the changes in their lives.

In the sneak peek for the TLC show, the Sister Wives star speaks about divorcing his first wife to legally marry his fourth wife, Robyn Brown, and he begins to cry, overcome with emotions.

But moderator Tamron Hall turns the discussion to his polygamist wife Meri, asking why she seemed so "detached" from the process when Kody adopted Robyn's three children from her previous marriage.

"I was dealing with a lot of other external issues during the whole filming of the season," an emotional Meri says.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Meri was catfished by a woman online who pretended to be a man, and the affair has rocked the family to the core.

Tragically, she admitted the affair became "abusive," when she questioned the person she thought was a man that she was speaking with.

"When I would ask him about it he would flip out," she previously said about the relationship. "He would be almost verbally abusive with me."

Tune into the Sister Wives: Tell All special Sunday, Nov. 22 at 9 p.m on TLC.
