As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the brown-haired beauty — who celebrated her 23rd birthday on Wednesday — welcomed her first child with her 20-year-old husband, nearly a year to the day they married at the First Baptist Church in her native Arkansas.

The duo confirmed were expecting in April, and Jessa — whose pregnancy will be chronicled on TLC's Counting On specials — kept fans in the loop with frequent social media updates of her growing baby bump.
