This past season of the Real Housewives of New York has chronicled Ramona Singer's struggle to regain normalcy after making the decision to split from her cheating husband Mario.
But one thing she will not have to adjust to is a new home, as Radar has exclusively learned that the blonde bombshell has re-claimed the condo granted to her husband in the divorce!
As Radar reported, Ramona received the couple's Southampton estate in the divorce settlement finalized on September 8th, while Mario was given their Upper East Side condo, which was listed for sale for just under $5 million.
But now, in a shocking twist, court records show that on October 2nd, Mario signed over the deed to the condo to Ramona -- and that no money was exchanged in the process!
This is just the latest victory for Ramona, who was recently awarded a Lifetime Achievement Award for her work on RHONY during Bravo's Real Housewives Awards.
