Sam Worthington and Lara Bingle's $10 million lawsuit following their 2014 scuffle with a photographer has been settled!

The Aussie hunk and his wife were walking through the Village in NYC on Feb. 23, 2014 when paparazzo Sheng Li started vigorously snapping photos. The encounter turned into an altercation when Worthington reportedly clocked the photographer in the face after he had allegedly kicked Bingle.'

The video footage captured includes audio of Bingle screeching "Stop following me!" as Li pleads "Don't touch me!"

Li was originally slapped with misdemeanor assault, harassment and reckless endangerment, but the charges were later dropped.

Now, Worthington and Bingle can put the incident behind them.

"The Court has been informed that the parties have reached a settlement in principle in this case," official papers state.

The amount of the settlement was not disclosed. Worthington's lawyer declined to comment on the matter.
