Justice Served! Kim Richards Finalizes Public Intoxication Plea Deal -- Her Punishment Revealed

Kim Richards formally pled no contest to resisting arrest this morning, in a court appearance stemming from her drunk in public case, RadarOnline.com has learned.
After being arrested for being drunk in public and trespassing at the Beverly Hills Hotel, Richards pled no contest to the misdemeanor charge. As part of her sweetheart plea deal, she must attend 52 Alcoholics Anonymous meetings, stay away from the Bel Air Hotel, where the incident occurred, and do 30 hours of community labor. She will also remain on probation for 36 months.
The community labor assignment is pending because Richards didn't provide a note to the judge explaining her claims that she has a foot injury that would prevent her from doing the work. A progress report is scheduled for December 14, 2015, and the community service will be addressed at that point.
Richards' most recent struggles began in April when she was arrested for public intoxication at the Beverly Hills Polo Lounge. She briefly tried a few treatment centers but then went MIA after relapsing at her daughter Brooke Brinson's wedding in Mexico.

Richards was fired from RHOBH and then arrested on August 2 for shoplifting at a Target store. That case remains open and unresolved.
Concerned family had her placed on a 5150 hold in August, after which she voluntarily entered treatment in Orange County yet again, only to leave days later.
Media reports Richards had gone to a smoke shop last week on three different visits seeking Xanax.
