Halle Berry & Olivier Martinez Divorce Imminent -- Inside The Messy Split
Aug. 3 2015, Updated 2:28 p.m. ET
Just weeks after their second wedding anniversary, Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez are ready to give up on their relationship, RadarOnline.com has learned. According to sources close to the couple, a divorce filing is imminent.
An insider told RadarOnline.com exclusively that the explosive filing could come as soon as today, with Martinez' temper a central reason for the split.
The Frenchman famously got into a brawl with Berry's other ex and father to her daughter Nahla, Gabriel Aubry, at Berry's home in 2012. And in January of this year, he was caught on camera allegedly hitting an airport employee with a car seat. Martinez did not face any charges stemming from the incident.
According to reports, Berry asked him to attend counseling sessions to deal with his temper at that time, but that wasn't enough to save them.
"It seems Halle and Olivier have finally hit the end of the road," a source told RadarOnline.com last month. "They've weathered a lot of ups and downs in their relationship, but recently Olivier has been completely MIA."
Also missing has been 48-year-old Berry's wedding ring: She stepped out in Los Angeles without the bauble last month.

Insiders said the couple had been experiencing issues as far back as October 2014, and they have not been photographed together since January.
Berry and Martinez, 49, wed on July 13, 2013, in her third trip down the aisle. She was also married to Eric Benét from 2001 to 2005, and to David Justice from 1992 to 1997.
