Scott Disick may have skipped his daughter Penelope's 3rd birthday party— but he's not going to miss out on his own bash!

Despite rumors the troubled father of three, 32, may back out of his appearance at 1Oak Las Vegas on Friday evening, he "will be there to host 100%," a source close to the upscale nightclub exclusively tells RadarOnline.com.

The boozy party boy, who reportedly stopped in a Florida rehab center for a few hours on Sunday before running off again, will be just hours away from the Los Angeles home he once shared with former partner Kourtney Kardashian, 36, and their kids.

It seems that daddy Disick's absence is already beginning to affect his little ones. Birthday girl Penelope was seen crying during her Disneyland party on Wednesday.

And it doesn't look like they'll see their father anytime soon. The "Lord" hasn't stopped partying in weeks, with stops in St. Tropez, Monaco and Miami.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, friends are extremely concerned for the reality star's well-being.
