Adam's on the attack!

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Chelsea Houska's bad boy baby daddy Lind did not get custody of their 5-year-old daughter Aubree after he dragged her to court.

But the Teen Mom 2 rebel, 25, isn't ready to stop fighting his baby mamas.

RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal that the South Dakota-based star is planning to battle his other ex, Taylor Halbur, 25, for custody of their nearly 2-year-old daughter Paislee.

"He wants more time with Paislee and thinks as her father, he deserves that," an insider tells RadarOnline.com. "He is planning to take Taylor to court."

However, if the same Lincoln County court judge is involved, the construction worker isn't likely to get very far in his fight.

In March, the judge shut down Lind's demands for unsupervised visits with Aubree in no small part due to his troubled past.

When Houska, 23, took the stand, "she brought up his long history of arrests and allegations of steroid use," a source revealed. (Lind has denied using steroids to RadarOnline.com.)

The judge sided with the protective mom, and said the wayward MTV star would have to get through six months without any trouble.

But just hours later, Lind was arrested for failing to appear in court relating to his child support case with Halbur.

The insider tells RadarOnline.com that Lind is now up-to-date with payments— but it may not be enough.

"Adam has so much legal baggage, it's unlikely he'll get custody of Paislee," another source explains.

Lind has had three DUIs, and two other exes filed restraining orders against him within the last year. (Both orders were eventually dismissed.)

Should Adam get custody of Paislee? Sound off in the comments.
