It's Getting Ugly: 'Teen Mom' Leah Messer's Estranged Husband Jeremy Calvert Hires 'High-Conflict' Divorce Lawyer –– Custody Battle Reportedly To Come
Teen Mom 2 star Leah Messer is currently in rehab, but there's plenty of drama waiting for her back home in West Virginia.
Her estranged husband, Jeremy Calvert, 27, has hired powerful Charleston lawyer Rusty Webb, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to his website, the attorney specializes in “high-conflict" divorce cases.
In a strange twist, Webb also works with Messer's first ex-husband, Corey Simms, 25.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported in December, Simms came to an amicable custody agreement with Messer for their 5-year-old twins, Ali and Aleeah, under the lawyer's guidance.
Webb confirms to RadarOnline.com that he represents both Simms and Calvert, the father of Messer's 2-year-old daughter Adalynn, but refuses to comment on either case.
According to Life & Style, Messer's two exes were gunning to get full custody of their respective children with the 23-year-old reality star while she received treatment for what RadarOnline.com can confirm to be a prescription painkiller addiction.

“Jeremy's plan was to swoop in once Leah went to rehab and get an emergency hearing," an insider tells the magazine. “Corey was considering it, too."
However, both Calvert and Simms allegedly agreed to put the custody fights on hold while Messer is in rehab.
After she finishes treatment, the MTV queen may be arriving back to a battlefield.
