George Michael has secretly checked into a Swiss rehabilitation center for substance abuse!

According to German website BILD, Michael checked into Kussacht Practice, a treatment center in Switzerland. According to reports, he was smoking twenty-five joints per day prior to entering the facility.

Located on Lake Zurich, the facility has also treated other notable individuals, including designer John Galiano.
