Jenelle Evans' fiancé Nathan Griffith is scheduled to appear in a South Carolina court yet again on Wednesday for a hearing about his this March. But before facing the judge, Griffith told exclusively that Evans wants the charges against him dropped — and that he still loves her.

Griffith said “ She doesn't want me to have charges and I hope she will ask to dismiss the charges.”

Although he explained that it is up to the State to drop the charges, he does not expect to serve any time behind bars.

“I don't think I'll go to jail, it's only a misdemeanor.”

The Teen Mom 2 star had called 9-1-1 in a panic on March 4, when she got in a fight with Griffith. He was arrested by the Hory County Sheriff's department on March 4, 2015.

A judge ordered the couple to have no contact until the hearing but Griffith told Radar that contrary to her Tweets about being single, “Jenelle and I are on good terms.”

Griffith also told Radar that despite having to communicate through a third party they “do a great job co-parenting.”

He also insisted that he still has feelings for Evans, telling Radar, “Of course I love her, she's the mother of my child.”
