Don't be fooled by those happy photos of Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow vacationing together last week. Their divorce is still happening, according to sources.

"A divorce is definitely 100 percent on," an insider told the U.K.'s Mail On Sunday. "This is a very amicable break-up and the resolution is near. Papers will be filed soon and the divorce will be dealt with quickly. They both love their children and they still have the utmost respect for each other. But they are not getting back together."

It was one year ago that Paltrow announced she and Martin would "consciously uncouple" after 12 years of marriage. They have two children together, Apple, 10, and Moses, 8.

"The Mexico holiday is very much for the children, and those sorts of things will continue, but not as man and wife," a pal told the Sunday Mirror, which reports Paltrow and Martin will split custody of the kids. "But top of their priorities are the children, they will remain close for them."
