That was fast! Just weeks after Whitney Bischoff vowed she was ready to start a new life with Bachelor star Chris Soules, has learned she's already returned to her old life — and her old job — in Chicago. Meanwhile, Soules is staying in L.A. with his hot Dancing with the Stars partner Witney Carson!

Rumors began swirling that the couple were headed for a break-up after Bischoff, who had been in the DWTS audience for the past six weeks, abruptly skipped this week's performance.

Soules then revealed to Glamour Magazine, "She (Whitney) actually went back to Chicago this weekend. She had some work things to get caught up on. And now this process is getting really intense. I'm not even existent to her, and she's missing friends and home, so she's going to take some time back there, and I'm sure she'll be back in the next couple weeks hopefully if I'm still here.”

But she won't waste any time hitting the town solo. Bischoff and former Bachelor fan favorite, newly single Andi Dorfman, will be attending the Kentucky Derby in Bischoff's hometown of Louisville this weekend.

After congratulating Soules on his performance on Monday night, Bischoff revealed she was going back to her full-time job as a fertility nurse. She wrote, "Back to @aparentivf to work on some exciting projects."

Sound off in the comment section below: Do you think Soules and Bischoff are going to make it down the aisle or will they fall victim to the Bachelor curse?
