Just two months into her 15-month sentence at Danbury Correctional Facility in Connecticut, Teresa Giudice is so depressed and homesick that she's broken down in tears in front of her fellow inmates, according to a new report.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star was reportedly left weeping after a recent reunion with her husband Joe, 42, and daughters Gia, 14, Gabriela, 10, Milania, 8, and Audriana, 5—a far cry from her typically tough-as-nails demeanor. While daughter Gia claimed post-visit that her mother is "doing great" and said visiting the prison is "fun", Teresa's breakdown paints a different picture.

"Teresa was in tears when she came out of the visiting room after a recent visit. She was crying out in the open," a source told In Touch Weekly.

Hiding her outburst from her children, Teresa leaned on her new friends for support.

"Some of the inmates gathered around her and told her everything was going to be OK until she finally pulled herself together," the source said.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, Teresa has felt disconnected from her once tight-knit family since going behind bars. She was left devastated that her husband and children failed to visit her and were "too busy" to take her phone calls.
