After the final episode of The Bachelor aired this week, Chris Soules and fiancée Whitney Bischoff could finally step out as a couple. But RadarOnline.com has learned that one former contestant is warning the two that going public won't make life any easier!

"This is only the beginning!" former Bachelor Sean Lowe, 31, whose marriage to Season 17 winner Catherine Giudici, 28, counts as one of the show's few success stories, exclusively tells Radar.

"Chris better get ready for the real world. Things are totally different now. I think that Chris will learn pretty quickly that his TV romance will take a LOT more work now that the show is over," Lowe adds.

And like Lowe, Soules, 33, will soon be busy competing on Dancing With The Stars, which will keep him away from his fiancée, 29.

"That is definitely difficult and a big adjustment" Lowe tells Radar.

Still, he admits that despite the hard work, it's still an improvement from the craziness Soules endured in The Bachelor mansion.

"Chris had his hands full with a lot of crazy women this season. I definitely was not envious of Chris at all!" he says.

And while the next installment of the franchise, The Bachelorette, has raised eyebrows for it's new format, Lowe already favors one contestant. "I think Kaitlyn's the best choice," he tells Radar. "She's funny and I think she'll have plenty of people rooting for her."
