Patrick Schwarzenegger's "running scared" and scrambling to save his relationship with Miley Cyrus! The aspiring model was forced to kick off a desperate campaign of damage control after photos showing him getting affectionate with another woman at a Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, resort surfaced, a source close to Schwarzenegger exclusively tells RadarOnline.com.
"She's not one to put up with a lot of that," the insider reveals. "It's all or nothing."
As RadarOnline.com reported, Schwarzenegger, 22, took to Twitter on Monday to try to explain away his bad behavior, suggesting he was just having some innocent fun with his friend's girlfriend.
Innocent or not, Cyrus responded with an Instagram photo of a woman with a dozen hotdog weenies stuffed in her mouth. The caption read: "Current mood."
Now, "He's running scared that Miley's going to dump him," the source tells RadarOnline.com. "He really does like her."

The couple is currently doing "lots of talking and texting" to see if they can overcome Schwarzenegger's breach of Cyrus' trust, the source continues. "They gotta get past it."
According to the source, Schwarzenegger originally invited Cyrus on the trip, but "she didn't want to hang out with his college friends."
That may have been a relationship-breaking decision in light of the wild Spring Break atmosphere in Cabo. "You're out with a bunch of our friends from college, and of course every girl will try to get a picture and any kind of appearance of anything with him," sniffs the source. "There it is."
