Move over Lindsay! It's "momager" Dina's turn to be in the spotlight – and possible find love along the way. The Lohan matriarch will appear in the season finale of Millionaire Matchmaker this Sunday!

For the episode, host Patti Singer and former New York City Housewife, Jill Zarin, team up to find a man for the Lohan lady. But it may be difficult considering Dina's conditions.

"Among the criteria Dina has indicated she wants in a potential partner is someone very successful, ambitious, funny, and love of family," a source revealed to RadarOnline.com exclusively. "She will be paid to appear on the show — around $25,000."

Rumors also circulated that Dina convinced show producers to pay for a little nip-tuck procedure before taping! Talk about putting your best face forward.

In a preview for the episode, Dina admits her need to "fix" men – a trait that kept her married to jailbird Michael Lohan for so long. Luckily, Patti expresses her hope to correct this behavior and find a man for Dina who won't need any fixing.
