Who can top Katy Perry and Beyonce? How about the original pop princess, Britney Spears?

The "Oops I Did It Again" singer is ready to gamble on the biggest show of her career – as she prepares to play the biggest sporting event of the year, again.

"She's definitely doing a part in the Super Bowl halftime show next year," an industry insider told The National ENQUIRER.

"The details haven't totally been worked out yet, but it will be huge."

Spears will probably also bring along some famous friends, the source said – most likely Miley Cyrus in a very special guest appearance, with the two chart superstars sharing the same management team.

She's conquered Las Vegas with her shows there and now she's ready to "do something massive," the insider added.

Spears previously played the Super Bowl with NSYNC and Steven Tyler in 2001, which would make the 2016 show her 15th anniversary on the field.

For more exclusive details on Spears' potential Super Bowl appearance, pick up the latest issue of The National ENQUIRER, on newsstands Wednesday.
