Britney Spears is one of Hollywood’s greatest comeback tales, having recovered from a series of rough years to climb to the top of the pop charts once more. But according to a new report, the mom of two and Vegas showgirl recently completed a secret rehab stay!

According to a new report in , Spears checked in to the Summit Malibu treatment center late last year under the name "Jessica," to treat her issues with prescription pills.

"Her dad Jamie Spears forced her into rehab because she was misusing a drug called Vyvanse," a source, who was being treated at the center the same time Spears was allegedly there, told the magazine. "She said she’d initially been prescribed it for ADHD but that she’d severely upped the dosage."

According to the insider, Spears claimed she was using the ADHD drug to give her the energy boost needed to power through her Vegas show in the wake of her difficult breakup from boyfriend David Lucado.
