Adrienne Maloof Dumps Boy Toy — Over Paris Hilton? Inside The Sudden Split

They said it wouldn’t last — and it didn’t! Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof, 53, has dumped her much-younger boyfriend, Jacob Busch, 25, after dating for more than a year. And the split came on the heels of RadarOnline.com’s exclusive report about rumors Busch was cheating on her with a younger woman!

RadarOnline.com reported back in November that the couple was fighting because Busch had been spending time solo at Paris Hilton's house — down the street from Maloof’s.

A source said at the time that there "were major trust issues between Adrienne and Jacob … Adrienne just didn't believe Jacob's constant denials about what his relationship with Paris really was."

Whispers among Maloof and Hilton's neighbors in their swanky Mulholland Estates neighborhood began circulating last October, after Jacob was spotted leaving the blonde beauty's mansion without his cougar girlfriend.

“Adrienne’s boyfriend, Jacob, has been seen going over to Paris’ house, which is very close to hers,” an insider previously told RadarOnline.com. “He never goes with Adrienne, and it’s obvious he isn’t going over there to borrow some sugar, or milk!”

“Jacob and Paris have definitely been hanging out,” said the source. “Word has gotten back to Adrienne about the visits, and needless to say, she isn’t happy about it.”

Maloof first met Busch while attending a party for Robert Shapiro in Beverly Hills on September 7, 2013.

Hilton, 33, has been single since breaking up with younger boyfriend, model River Viiperi, 23, several months ago.

The source added, "Adrienne is moving on and will be just fine."
