Kanye West Demands Closet Bigger Than Wife Kim Kardashian’s In New $20 Million Mansion — Cause For Another Fight?

Kanye West and Kim Kardashian do not have a good track record when it comes to playing house. Having already abandoned one dream home project in Bel Air, the couple recently purchased a new $20 million mansion. And RadarOnline.com has learned that it hasn’t come without its share of potential conflict: According to building plans reviewed by RadarOnline.com, West took the biggest closet for himself!
Kardashian and the man who claimed to have invented leather jogging pants obviously have his and hers wardrobes.
But according to records with Building and Safety Department of Hidden Hills, West’s wardrobe comes in just over 15 feet long, while Kardashian’s walk-in tops off just over 12 feet.
They’ll be able to show off all their couture in family fashion shows in the 23-foot dressing room, which is narrow enough to serve as a catwalk.
Although there’s no nursery in the new digs, North West will have her choice between any of the other five bedrooms in the main house — each with their own walk-ins to accommodate her own budding wardrobe collection.
But it isn’t just the closets that had to have been a selling point for the newlyweds.
The 33-year-old mom whose naked booty broke the internet, will also get her own spa bathroom complete with tub and circular shower, while the “Good Life” rapper gets his own adjoining wash room.
All of these A-list amenities come alongside their master suite that has its separate -- and huge! -- master lounge and bar area – not to mention, the fountain on the private terrace.
The couple, who had been painstakingly gutting their Bel Air manse for the last year, decided to get rid of the house of horrors for the move-in ready mega-mansion that’s closer to Khloe’s new pad and Kourtney’s Calabasas crib.
It features a guest house on-site for any surprise visits from the Keeping Up with the Kardashians klan.
Other luxuries Kimye can get used to under their 15,000 square foot roof include a games room, chef’s kitchen with separate breakfast room, formal dining room with two wall-mounted wine racks, maid’s quarters, sitting room, office, library, fitness room with two separate areas for the sauna and spa, and private screening room.
And that’s not all.
There’s a pond on the front lawn, two pool areas with an additional spa, pergola, and a courtyard accessorized with a cascading water fountain.
As RadarOnline.com has reported, however, they haven’t fully committed to living there as a family yet — West has been flying back and forth to Paris to work on his upcoming album.
