More than 1,000 well wishers attended the nuptials which came just two and a half months after the couple got engaged.
The bride wore a modest blush-colored gown by Allure that was adorned with Swarovski crystals and pearls. The groom wore a navy suit and bow-tie.
Duggar's sister Jinger was her maid of honor and her other siblings were also part of the wedding party. Seewald's best friend, Dylan McMahan, was the best man.
This was the second time this year that Jim Bob Duggar and wife Michelle Duggar, stars of TLC's 19 Kids And Counting, have had to give away one of their daughters. Jill Duggar married Derick Dillard in June.
After the wedding ceremony, Jessa and Ben, the son of Michael and Guinn Seewald, shared their first kiss - without an audience, People reported.
