After nightmare divorce proceedings, NCIS star Pauley Perrette can finally breathe a sigh of relief as a judge as granted her motion to dismiss the arduous lawsuit her ex-husband had filed against her.
“Plaintiff’s complaint is DISMISSED with prejudice,” the court documents, which were obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com, read. “Defendants are awarded their fees and costs incurred in making the Motion, and must file a separate motion to recover such fees and costs.”
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Perrette and ex-husband Francis “Coyote” Shivers endured a bitter divorce. Shivers labeled himself as an “unwilling victim” of the actress and said he endured a “decade-long campaign of harassment” at the hands of his then-wife.
But Perrette and her fiancé, Thomas Arklie, fired back, claiming that any damages caused to Shivers were a result of his own negligence.
