Bring on the catfights.

The Real Housewives of Atlanta is getting a brand new peach to join Season 8 of the hit Bravo show, with exclusively confirming that model Claudia Jordan is close to signing a deal.

“She hasn’t signed her contract yet, but it should happen in the next few days,” a source close to production told Radar.

With rumors swirling for months that Porsha Williams could be making an unceremonious exit and Pheadra Parks may be taking a much-needed break since her husband Apollo Nida was sentenced to eight years in a Kentucky prison for fraud and identity theft, Bravo has been on the hunt for new gals to fill their shoes.

So far, the former Deal or No Deal briefcase girl and Miss Rhode Island Teen USA circa 1990 has been testing her on-camera know-how for the network. And according to the source, the 41-year-old is fighting for the high-profile TV gig.

“She’s been filming, but the scope of her appearance on the show is still being hammered out. She could be a housewife or a friend of a housewife,” added the insider.

“A contract should be signed in a few days.”

The housewives of ‘Hotlanta’ aren’t the only cast members to brace themselves for a shakeup.

As previously reported by Radar, the ladies of the Big Apple will see some new faces next season, while the network is also actively looking for someone to replace OC troublemaker Tamra Barney.
