Kevin Hart’s fans are not laughing after being stood up by the comedian over the weekend in Las Vegas, during his second annual HartBeat Weekend, an insider tells RadarOnline.com.

“Kevin Hart was supposed to do a ‘meet and greet’ with a group of young fans this weekend following a speech where he donated backpacks to the children,” a source who works with the Cosmopolitan Hotel in Las Vegas tells RadarOnline.com exclusively. “However, he ditched the kids and was a complete jerk about it!”

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the source tells RadarOnline.com that Hart “was rude to staff at the Cosmopolitan Hotel and unapologetic to his fans” during his stay.

“The kids were so excited to meet him and after all that people did for him here, he not only cuts his show short, but also doesn’t take the time to acknowledge the kids who traveled from all over to meet him,” the source adds.

Hart was given the "Keys To Las Vegas" over the weekend, and told an audience full of young people, “I feel like every young child in this room right now has the ability to do whatever it is you want to do in life and I am here to personally tell you to do it.”

But the source has some words for Hart.

“Walk the walk and don’t just talk the talk!” the source says, also saying that Hart “won’t be welcomed back to Sin City anytime soon.”

Hart, who just got engaged to longtime girlfriend Eniko Parish, was in Las Vegas all weekend as part of his Kevin Hart & Friends All-Star Comedy Show.
