What a boob! Hollywood plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow can’t contain his glee when confronted by a pair of abnormally huge breasts on this Sunday’s episode of Botched.

In RadarOnline.com’s preview clip, showgirl Lacey Wildd reveals she wants implants to make her cosmetically enhanced breasts even bigger, and Dubrow is all for it.

“These are the biggest breasts I’ve ever seen,” crows Dubrow, who also stars on The Real Housewives of Orange County with his actress wife Heather Dubrow.

Meanwhile, Dr. Dubrow’s Botched co-star, fellow plastic surgeon and former The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Dr. Paul Nassif, seems embarrassed by his behavior.

In the E! video, Dubrow learns Wildd, 45, wants to increase her breast size from an LLL to QQQ!

“I really, really want my triple Qs, they are so important to me,” Wildd says before her consultation with Dubrow and Nassif, the ex-husband of Adrienne Maloof.

Nassif predicted that Dubrow was going to be “like a kid in a candy store” when he saw Wildd’s already enormous implants.

Indeed, after hearing her story of getting breast expanders and pig skin to make them unusually large, Dubrow marveled, “I’ve never even put in implants that were half that size.”

And Dubrow, who was thrilled to learn about his RHOC co-star Tamra Barney’s sex life with husband Eddie Judge on the Bravo show, eagerly interviews Wildd on whether her breast implants prevent her from traditional intercourse.
