Justin Bieber isn’t winning over his new neighbors.

Just a week after cops were allegedly called to the singer’s brand new Beverly Hills condo, authorities were contacted AGAIN over noise complaints early this morning, according to reports.

The hard-partying star, 20, was hosting a bash with fair-weather friends including football player Johnny Manziel, boxer Floyd Mayweather, actor Tyrese and rapper Tyga.

“Me and my team!” he boasted on Shots.com, adding a wild group party pic.

On-again girlfriend Selena Gomez, 21, didn’t seem to receive an invite to the party, which also included Bieber’s rumored fling, model Chantel Jeffries.

According to reports, a guest agreed to turn down the volume after speaking with police.

However, shortly after, cops returned to the building after receiving ANOTHER complaint: Neighbors were seething over a pack of female fans screaming outside.

Bieber has a history of bad behavior in his hood: While living in Calabasas, the legally-embattled star infamously caused $20,000 in damages when he threw eggs at a neighbor’s home. He is facing felony charges for his not-so-funny prank.
