According to the Marietta Daily Journal, police say Marrow accidentally shot and killed Johnson on Tuesday afternoon in a Marietta, Georgia apartment complex after he “recklessly” toyed with a gun.

“Marrow was not using proper firearms safety when handling the gun,” Marietta police officer David Baldwin told the paper. “That reckless handling of the firearm is what led to Johnson being accidentally shot and eventually killed.”

Celebrity Justice

The teen is also being charged with possession of a firearm while committing a felony, reckless conduct, possession of a stolen firearm and intent to distribute marijuana and us currently being held in Cobb County jail without bond.

Marrow- who made guest appearances on his grandfather’s now-canceled E! reality series-is the son of the 53-year-old rapper’s eldest daughter, LeTesha.

Neither Ice-T nor Austin, 35, have commented on the tragedy.
