Tori Spelling Emotionally Recalls The Day Dean McDermott Cheated On Her: 'I Feel Shame Like I Have Never Felt Shame Before,' He Says

Dean McDermott is so disgusted by his actions of infidelity against wife Tori Spelling that it's physically causing him pain.
While trying to talk through the incident with a therapist on the six-episode series documenting the couple's struggle to work through their crumbling marriage, Spelling recalls the day McDermott cheated on her — and it's too much for the philandering father of four to take.
"There was nothing that showed. It was that gut instinct, but you weren't doing anything different. It's creepy to think that someone could be that good of an actor, that they could come back and not only have lied to you, and does this to you, but then come back and completely go on with your lives together?" Spelling said, opening up on a preview for True Tori.
"Raising your kids and this to me, was done, right in the middle of loving you. Like, I was giving you and our family 100 percent and this is where we were," she says, showing McDermott a photo on her cell phone.
"We were at a Christmas event. I was taking pictures of the kids in fake snow. I had all four kids there by myself, managing them, and you called me and we talked to you on FaceTime and I was like, 'Oh, daddy's busy, he's working.' And this is the memory I have of that Saturday."

McDermott then inexplicably starts grimacing in pain and squeezing his head while saying, "Holy f**k! Like an ice pick through my head."
"This is why I don't do it," Spelling cries. "See, this is bad."

While the therapist encourages Spelling to continue, she's visibly distraught.
"This is why I don't bring up my feelings, because see what it does?" she says, worried about McDermott.
"I feel shame like I have never felt shame before," McDermott says.
"You were at a Christmas event, and I was f**king around. That's disgusting. That's disgusting."
True Tori airs on Lifetime Tuesday nights at 10pm ET/PT.
